Sanitary Sewer Cured In Place Lining Project Hamilton Township, Mercer County, NJ

Summary of Services:
• Oversight and Inspection

Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) performed inspection services for the installation of lining of sanitary and storm sewer for Hamilton Township Water Pollution Control Department (WPC), Mercer County, NJ. The poly resin liner was inverted from a refrigerator truck into the sewer main and was inserted into the main by using air pressure. Then, the liner was put under steam pressure to start the curing process. Once the curing process is complete, it effectively creates a structurally sound pipe within the old existing sewer main.

ERI assisted the Hamilton Township WPC with the oversight and inspection of the installation of sanitary sewer lining and also the emergency replacement of 18 inch sanitary sewer force main, which included approximately 50,000 feet of pipe lining.

Out of the six (6) individuals in the State of NJ who are certified by NASSCO (National Association of Sewer Service Companies) for the inspection of Cured-in-Place Pipe Installations, three (3) of them are employed at ERI!
