ERI’s very own Edward Fox, AICP, PP, worked in collaboration with the Township of Tabernacle to complete “The Master Plan Re-examination Report.” This document was a break down of the township’s previous Master Plan and evaluated how Tabernacle has progressed toward its vision for the future. It did this by evaluating a number of areas including; land development/redevelopment, resource conservation/preservation, road and utility infrastructure, and economic/housing development. This report then revised and identified opportunities for future agricultural, recreational, and other related economic development opportunities available under Pinelands Commission regulations. The New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO) recognized this report for its innovative and comprehensive understanding of Tabernacle Township’s goals and vision and awarded ERI and the township for their collaborative accomplishment.
At the award ceremony, Raymond C. McCarty Jr., Chairman for the Joint Land Use Board of Tabernacle, accepted the award on behalf of the township.
