Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) was contracted by Voorhees Township to prepare intersection improvements and traffic signal upgrades at the intersection of Haddonfield-Berlin Road (CR 561) and White Horse Road (CR 673).

This traffic signal is maintained by Voorhees Township, and the Township desires to upgrade the intersection to meet current standards in relation to Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways (MUTCD) and American Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility as well as widen the northwest corner of the intersection to provide an additional westbound lane on Haddonfield-Berlin Road.

Voorhees Township has an agreement with Camden County to provide the design of the intersection, and the County is paying for the improvements. The project will meet Camden County design standards and will be bid and awarded by the County.  In addition to the widening of Haddonfield-Berlin Road, the proposed intersection improvements will include storm water repairs, utility relocation, ADA improvements, mill and overlay of the pavement surface course and signage/striping upgrades.
