Buttonwood Lake Project Continues

Buttonwood Lake Project Continues

ERI was on-site for construction inspection of the delivery, assembly and setting of the 10-foot wide, 120-foot span, and approximately 30,000 pound, prefabricated steel bridge (constructed by Contech Engineered Solutions) at Buttonwood Lake in Mount Holly, NJ.

The assembly and setting of the bridge was completed by Capela Construction Inc., and Dobbs Crane Rentals. The setting of the bridge marks a significant milestone in the final phase of the Buttonwood Lake Project construction.

ERI has worked with Mount Holly Township to construct multiple phases of a project at Buttonwood Lake since the dam failure at this location in 2014. The final phase of the project was to restore the interconnection between the neighborhoods off Sunset Drive and Lake Drive which previously existed. Additional construction is to be continued at the site with the bridge anticipated to be open to the public in the Early Spring 2023.
