Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) performed engineering and surveying services as a subconsultant for the Project Architect, Becica & Associates of Cherry Hill, NJ, providing survey, stormwater analysis, site engineering and landscape architecture services to the County of Atlantic for the design and construction of a singular stand-alone Facilities Warehouse. The goal of the project is to determine the largest footprint possible on the existing site for the new building that will provide a minimum of 10,000 s.f. of storage to include a small office space. The project included a truck loading dock lift, vehicle parking (including ADA parking spaces), dumpster pads/fencing, separate ADA compliant toilet facilities for men and women, document and drawing shelving, office furniture, etc. as needed to address the County’s needs. The project was on an expedited schedule to minimize fees for rental of another storage building prior to the opening of the new building.
For reasons of economy, a pre-engineered building was constructed. ERI was responsible for the topographical survey, stormwater analysis and design, site layout and landscaping as well as permit identification and acquisition.
