Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) is serving the Township of Middle as Special Projects Engineer. One of the first projects that ERI is handling for the Township is the 2018 Road Improvement Program, which consists of Beaver Dam Road, Faith Run, Turtle Thorofare Court, Pennsylvania Avenue, South 2nd Street, Joffre Avenue, New Jersey Avenue, Church Street, Shell Bay Avenue, & East Main Street.
The extent of the project includes the resurfacing of the roadway, the selective replacement of driveway aprons, ADA improvements, selective concrete repair, and drainage improvements.
Most recently, Landberg Construction’s concrete crew installed concrete sidewalk and driveway apron along the westbound lane of East Main Street from Rt. 9 to the Historic Whitesboro School. The concrete crew installed 210 square yards of concrete sidewalk and 32.33 square yards of concrete apron. The concrete crew then completed all of the topsoil and seed restoration behind the newly installed sidewalk and aprons.
In the coming weeks, Landberg’s pipe crew will begin drainage improvements at Pennsylvania Avenue and South 2nd Street in Rio Grande.
