ERI’s Survey Party Chief Ethan Hyder conducted a topography of an existing basin in Winslow Township for Warren Distribution Company South for a proposed dredging and sand filling. The transit is resting on three grade stakes under the water so it stays level as the entire perimeter was fully obstructed, and the only line of sight was from the basin’s center.
