Storm & Sanitary Sewer Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Project, Edgewater Park Township, NJ

ERI performed engineering design, survey, construction management and inspection services for the storm and sanitary sewer cured-in-place pipe lining project. This project involved cured-in-place lining of approximately 4,000 linear feet of 12″, 15″, 24″, 30″ reinforced concrete pipe and 42″ corrugated metal pipe storm sewer, using trenchless technology.  Lining systems included steam and UV cured liners and employed both the inversion and pull-through method of installation.  Storm sewer lining designed and completed under the direction of ERI’s Rakesh R. Darji, PE, CME, PP, CFM on behalf of Edgewater Park Township.

Also included in this project was the trenchless lining of approximately 1,100 linear feet of 8″ ACP sanitary sewer, various sanitary sewer repairs, and the sealing of all reestablished sewer laterals using chemical grout.  The sanitary lining and repair were designed and completed under the direction of ERI’s William H. Kirchner, PE, CME, N-2 on behalf of the Edgewater Park Sewerage Authority.
