ERI is experienced in the design and inspection of structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation systems. When required for specific specialized services, ERI engages special consultants such as registered architects, value engineers, testing laboratories, and environmental scientists to supplement our in-house staff.

Environmental Resolutions, Inc. (ERI) utilizes certified construction observers experienced in all areas of compliance for source documentation collection as well as all applicable codes, regulations and materials testing techniques, while our knowledgeable and experienced project management staff perform all tasks regarding scheduling, payments, change orders, construction management, and grant administration duties.
ERI performs construction observation and inspection services for federal, state, county, and locally-funded projects, providing the oversight and preparing the source documentation necessary to prepare accurate pay estimates, ensure proper construction methods are used by the contractor, and that safety and traffic protection measures as approved are in place during construction. In addition, material testing is provided, as necessary, on a project by project basis. ERI coordinates with all third party testing agencies to provide the proper records for future audits of construction materials placed on the project. Providing both NICET (National Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians) certified inspectors, Certified Municipal Engineering Inspectors (CMI) and field seasoned professionals, we have both the experience and the credentials to perform construction observation activities required by Federal, State, County and Local agencies.

ERI performs construction inspection of dams, embankments and other appurtenances associated with dam construction. Upon completion of dam construction, ERI is able to certify the construction and send the required documentation to the NJDEP Dam Safety Section for final certification. ERI also responds to storm related emergencies and coordinate emergency contracts for the repairs to dams and other similar structures.
In addition to our extensive experience observing roadway projects, ERI also has experience in observing the construction of sewer plant improvements, pump stations, well installations, water tower painting, stormwater facilities, park, and recreation and athletic facilities projects, as well as in-service bridge construction operations.
